The health and wellness space is dizzying. There’s a ton of great information and not so great. And the more there is, the more overwhelming it can get. 

Our approach is all about foundational information. We take evidenced-based scientific information all the way down, until it can’t be taken down any further, and build up knowledge from there. Hence our name, First Principles Health. 

The knowledge we build gives the language, definitions, explanations so there is clarity and understanding of the biology of the gut system, how it functions, the effects and more. When there is understanding at this granular level, you can be more confident on what to try and how different tactics and products may affect you.
