Not at all. We create a safe space to share what you’re comfortable with. No one is required to say anything that is sensitive or uncomfortable. Every participant also signs an agreement to keep personal information confidential. 

You’re right. You can find all the information we present for free online. The question is, how much time do you have to dig into the research to find the right information to pay attention to and stitch together all the information from multiple sources, so it creates a clear picture of the what and how of gut health.

In addition, we offer in the moment coaching that can help you discover ways to apply the knowledge. Participants also comment that they also learn from hearing others stories of experiments, successes and experiences. This is a different learning experience than learning by yourself. 

We realize that you’re busy and you want to make the most of your time. Our program is two sessions over two weeks. Two hours for each session. We start and end on time. You may be inspired in between and after to learn more and spend more time on what you’re discovering. We also have an onboarding meeting before the program starts that lasts about 20 minutes. All in, the four hours or so in our program, will likely result in you saving time, energy and resources in the future by gaining knowledge that’s useful every day.

Group coaching is a new experience for most people. One way you could think about it is, group learning with a twist. Some questions to consider that may help you decide.

Every group is different. Usually, there’s many different walks of life which helps people understand that gut health affects everyone. 

It’s important to us that we create a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable to learn and share.

The sessions are structured, in ordered to maximize the time and learning. Our aim is to present information part of the time and then coach around the learning and how to apply the information most of the time. We find that this structure allows for the information to sink in deeper because we engage you in the learning. It also gives you time to digest the information in bite sized pieces. 

While our program covers a lot of useful information related to gut biology and health, we’re scratching the surface of this topic. 

What diet to follow and what to eat are tactics. Our program goal is to give you information that creates a useful framework, when choosing what to eat and making gut health changes. 

Gut health is individual. What works for one person doesn’t work for another. With this in mind, during our two day program, we keep what to eat in broad strokes, for example, explaining what fiber is and what it does for the gut.
