GUTS is a 2 session group coaching program. You’ll walk away with the foundations of gut biology, that’ll give you the knowledge to confidently create a personalized gut health strategy.

This program gives you a framework that you can use every day, when deciding on what to eat and other lifestyle choices for better digestion, sleep, energy, mood and overall health.

 

Program Dates:  Saturdays

  • Day 1: 8/26/23 @ 1 pm – 3 pm ET | 10 am – 12 pm PT
  • Day 2: 9/2/23 @ 1 pm – 3 pm ET | 10 am – 12 pm PT

  • After the program, you’ll receive several resources with articles, podcasts, videos, prebiotic & probiotic supplements, companies that independently test supplements, and a cheatsheet of terms and definitions.

 

Steps after you sign up

  • A welcome email will be sent to you, which includes a link to schedule your onboarding Zoom, along with agreement to be signed, and an onboarding web form.
  • The onboarding Zoom will take about 20 minutes. Both Austin and Lynne will attend. We’ll review the program details and answer any questions you may have. This is an important step in the program, so you feel as comfortable as possible during the two sessions and get what you want out of the program.
  • The two session Zoom invitations and links will be sent to you.
