We guide wellness adventurers through the science of gut health, equipping them with the knowledge and perspective to make informed diet and habit decisions for good health.

First Principles Health was born out of our need to navigate the health and wellness industry better. Now we want to help others do the same. We saw so many products and services that had no substance. If we were frustrated as health coaches, we could imagine how hard it could be for people without formal health education. 

We found that even with a basic understanding of human biology, we could vet health and wellness companies and products much better. Making better choices and changing habits also became easier.

At First Principles Health we nurture curious people making lasting change, with information grounded in evidence-based scientific research.
